Our shipping prices are pretty easy, we don’t want to rip you off when you are just trying to get some gear delivered. Please note that baskets and heavy items cost a bit more to send, the full amount will be stated on your cart. We can only send a maximum of 5 discs per order to Australia, sorry!

We pride ourselves on high quality products and service. We have a quality control procedure in place for all of our products to ensure that what you order and receive meets our high quality standards. However if you do receive an order which is faulty or goods received are incorrect please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement or refund. Products purchased online can be replaced if they are faulty, and the fault did not arise through any mishandling of the product. Please ensure you retain your invoice as proof of purchase. Discshop must be contacted to get a replacement – you can email us at email@example.com. Goods considered to be faulty will be replaced at the discretion of Discshop. Replacement goods will be sent at Discshop’s cost. If we are unable to replace the faulty goods a full credit will be issued.
